Microtecnica Trevisana SRL is a leading producer of precision turned parts, metal small turned parts and accessories for radiators. Founded in 1968 by Mr. Rino De Vidi under the name “Microtecnica Veneta”, the company has grown over the years thanks to the intuition and strong determination of its founder. His vision and dedication allowed the company to become one of the main precision turning company in the production of metal small turned parts and precision turned parts used in various mechanical fields.
Since 2017, the management of the company has been passed down to Paola and Paolo, the founder’s children, who have inherited their father’s legacy by continuing to follow the principles and teachings that gave rise to the company.
Faithful to the values and philosophy of the founder, they have led the company to become a reference point in the industry, carrying on the significant weight and history inherited from their father.
The extensive production of Microtecnica Trevisana SRL is divided into three main categories:
- Custom-made precision metal small turned parts for the customer, with minimum production lots that vary depending on the type of part required (generally starting from a minimum of 30,000 pieces);
- Production of accessories for radiators;
- Production of ball bearings
Our production area covers 60,000 square metres, of which 10,000 square metres are covered
Microtecnica Trevisana SRL operates on a production area of 10,000 square meters, with a modern machinery park composed of several automatic multi-spindle and bar transfer lathes. The company employs over 80 people in three shifts and generates 70% of its revenue from foreign markets. Thanks to its extreme attention to quality, Microtecnica Trevisana obtained ISO9001 quality certification from TÜV-UKQA in 2000 and is now accredited by TÜV NORD
