Our fleet of machines consists of 45 multi-spindle lathes (8 spindles) with pick-up and stop-spindle devices. Each machine is equipped with automatic loader PIETRO CUCCHI and IECAM:
- GILDEMEISTER (GM-35, AS-12, AS-25)
- SCHUTTE (AD-40, AG-20, AF-26, SE-18, 42)
- MORI-SAY (8/32, 8/42, 6/20, 6/25, 6/42)
Over the past 2 years, a new working line, made up of 6 high technological TRANSFER MACHINES, was formed.
Moreover, in order give a full service to our customers, our production includes:
- No. 1 automatic line for the creation of blisters
- No. 1 automatic line for assembling and labelling of boxes
- Various Automatic machines for the assembling of accessories for radiators
- Nr. 1 vibrating machine to improve the surface finish of the pieces
The normally worked materials are:
- BRASS (CW614N, CW617N, CW612N, CW602N)
- AUTOMATIC STEELS (11SMnPb37, 11SMnPb30, 11SMn37, 11SMn37)
During the process of production, the following instruments are used:
- CENT gauges with digital output data;
- MICROMETERS (0-25 and 25-50) with digital output data;
- TOOLS FOR MEASURING holes and threads (GO-NOT GO GAUGES);
- COMPORATIVE digital gauges for special measurements;
- DIGITAL and ANALOGIC TOOLS for the measurement of gorges;
- INSTRUMENT FOR ROUGHNESS MEASUREMENTS;
- SMARTSCOPE FLASH OGP (optical machine).
All the measurements made during the productive process are recorded; before shipping the pieces to our customers, a certificate is issued by our Quality Department.
